About the Webinar

Join us for the third installment of our ExperienceBuilt™ Workshop Series! Learn how to identify experience gaps better and get equipped with the tools to start closing and tracking them.

In this 2-hour interactive workshop, we'll dive into why experience enhances everything and what all the fuss is about. ExperienceBuilt™ businesses understand how to create more value for all audiences; achieving and maintaining this status requires more than monitoring success with the majority.

Who Should Attend

Professionals at all levels who are curious and open minded about improving their business practices and their organization's processes! This workshop has been designed for those who understand and believe that user and employee feedback is critical to growth, but are unsure how to start or what to do with results.  With it's cross-discipline focus (market research, design research, CX/EX/UX), even seasoned research practitioners will benefit from this course.
