MEET THE
EXPERIENCEBUILT GROUP

Closing experience gaps together.

The ExperienceBuilt Group is a consultancy-styled group of diverse-minded researchers, storytelling strategists, data analysts and experiential marketers. Purposeful yet playful - if such a twist is possible - we are led by a fierce, female founder. Her vision for the future is what EBG is always building towards.

EBG understands that change is constant, and we embrace it. We emerged from MMR Research Associates in 2017 initially to join experiential marketing and research that would humanize the process and deliver operationalized results. As we have worked in our own iterative process, we’ve changed our focus, evolving into the experience design arm that partners with our researcher colleagues. Together, we inspire confidence.

When we’re not awash in The LIVE 8 or geeking out on prototypes with clients, we’re fans of college sports, F1, Broadway, national parks, Major League anything, travel (with or without the kids), the genius of living your Why.

Experience
enhances
everything.

We believe that the experience is no longer a nice-to-have. And experience design is a fundamental, foundational practice for businesses who what to grow – smarter. So we design for change, guided by research and strategy wrapped in an experiential mindset. It’s our unwavering certainty that the integration of emotion, feedback and operations creates business outcomes that are transformative.

All our work connects back to our overarching, unshakeable belief that everything communicates, and that companies who pay attention to getting the little things right will win share of heart, every time.

That’s why we lead with The LIVE 8.

THE EXPERIENCEBUILT GROUP HELPS BUSINESSES

We specialize in

INTERDISCIPLINARY DESIGN

From ideation to integration, iterative prototypes to innovating operational practices — our team collaborates with organizations that embrace change. While most research and design groups don’t consider how a business is built, it’s where we thrive.

We create

VISION, BEYOND INSIGHTS

We don’t believe in change for change’s sake. We don’t practice the transactional, one-and-done approach. We’re in it for the longer haul, working to build brand loyalty with – and for – our clients.
