The ExperienceBuilt Group welcomes Kevin Scheppman to the team as Director of Field Operations


The ExperienceBuilt Group celebrates the addition of Kevin Scheppman to the team as Director of Field Operations.


Kevin joins EBG with 30 years of leadership, field operations, and data collection experience across three marketing research firms. Most recently, Kevin held the position of Senior Vice President of Field Operations, overseeing multiple research facilities domestically and one in Costa Rica.

Since joining the leadership team last year, The ExperienceBuilt Group's Vice President of Strategy and Consulting, Shelly Bouren, has been spearheading operations. About Kevin, she says:

"We are so pleased to have someone of Kevin's caliber leading our field operations team. The depth of his experience in management and research operations will provide a solid foundation for continued growth at The ExperienceBuilt Group."

His extensive experience includes hands-on involvement and oversight of a multitude of quantitative and qualitative projects; developing and refining policies and procedures; and client management. When asked about Kevin's anticipated contribution to the EBG experience, COO, Tricia Houston, says:

Kevin has been a member of the Insights Association (fka Marketing Research Association) since 1994 and has served on the North Central Chapter (fka Great Lakes Chapter) board of directors since 2010 – leading communications efforts and earning both chapter service and chapter spirit awards. He also gained additional research industry board experience with the West Michigan Chapter of the American Marketing Association.

Kevin earned his MBA and BBA degrees from Western Michigan University – Go Broncos! He is an avid reader, mostly non-fiction & biographies, and he enjoys sports, music, and concerts. While Kevin appreciates all four seasons in West Michigan – his favorite time of year is summer when he can go boating, fishing, canoeing, and tubing on the lakes where he lives.
